The box has a photograph of a landscape attached to the bottom inside panel, showing distant mountains and the roofs of houses in the background, and two trees and a wire fence in the foreground. The inner side panels of the box are lined with silver, with the names and ages of the forty-four Jewish children arrested and deported to Auschwitz stamped in grey. The bottom inside panel of the box lid is letterpress printed with the colophon and publication information in grey, with the title stamped in blind on the top. Title from case. Text in French and English. Limited edition of 44.
